When the opportunity arose to start my own food truck, I jumped at it. Along with a mechanic buddy of mine, we flew out to Portland, Oregon to test out a truck that I had found online. Everything looked good so we hopped in the cab and began the 1700+ mile trek from the great Northwest all the way to Minneapolis!
After making it back home, the entrepreneurial spirit guided The Purple People Feeder through times of slow sales, and consistent obstacles.
Nearly a decade later, I’m proud to say that The Purple People Feeder has a solid team in place, solid partnerships with local businesses, steady clientele, and rave reviews from our customers!
We are perpetually seeking new clientele and community partnerships while finding ways to increase efficiency and keeping the food delicious. As demand increases we will be expanding; stay tuned for exciting new updates!
